All Sales Are Final
Because apples are a perishable agricultural product, we are unable to accept returns once product has left the farm.

Quality Guarantee at Pickup
We guarantee the apples you receive are fresh, high quality, and as described at the time of pickup. Customers are encouraged to inspect their apples upon pickup to ensure satisfaction.

Refunds/Exchanges

• Once product leaves our farm, we cannot guarantee storage or handling conditions, and therefore cannot provide refunds or replacements.

Storage Reminder
These apples are unwashed and unwaxed to help extend storage life. Proper cool storage is the customer’s responsibility after pickup.

Pickup Only
All Honeycrisp apple bins and boxes must be picked up directly from Sakuma Bros. Farms. We do not provide delivery or shipping services.

Buyer Responsibility for Transport
The buyer is fully responsible for arranging transportation and handling of apple bins and boxes once they leave our farm. Sakuma Bros. is not liable for any damage or quality concerns that occur during pickup, transport or after pickup.

Return of Bins
Apple bins must be returned in good condition to Sakuma Bros. Farms no later than December 31 of the harvest year. Buyers are responsible for all costs associated with returning bins.

No Returns of Product
Because apples are a perishable product, all sales are final once product leaves our farm.
