The buyer is fully responsible for arranging transportation and handling of apple bins and boxes once they leave our farm. Sakuma Bros. is not liable for any damage or quality concerns that occur during pickup, transport or after pickup.Return of Bins
Apple bins must be returned in good condition to Sakuma Bros. Farms no later than December 31 of the harvest year. Buyers are responsible for all costs associated with returning bins.No Returns of Product

Buyer Responsibility
Buyers are responsible for thoroughly washing apples before consumption or further processing.
Proper storage (cool, dry, well-ventilated conditions) is the buyer’s responsibility to maintain quality and reduce spoilage risk.
Intended Use
Apples are intended for further handling, packing, or processing prior to consumption.
Sakuma Bros. makes no guarantee of food safety once product leaves the farm.
No Guarantee After Pickup
Once apples leave Sakuma Bros. Farms, the buyer assumes full responsibility for product safety, handling, and storage.
Sakuma Bros. is not liable for any food safety issues, contamination, or spoilage that occurs after pickup.
